Undertile Heating

Warmtech undertile floor heating system’s are the perfect solution for your general floor areas, such as Living, Dining, Rumpus, Alfresco etc.. We provide a 2.5mm thick electrical element with a bag of Davco Ultrabond part A & B, which are mixed together to form a paste like consistency. This is then applied like a thin levelling compound over the element to cover the wire. This is then left to cure for 24 hours before the tiler can tile over the top.

Brief Installation Process

After the heating element is adhered to the sub floor a self levelling screed is then applied. This levelling compound is laid over the electrical element so there is a medium between the heating element & the flooring.  In 99% of situations, the levelling compound in applied which can vary between 5-10mm.

It is extremely important to install the floor sensor in the heated area as the thermostat needs to be set to measure and regulate the floor temperature. The maximum heat as specified by the manufacturer is normally 27 degrees celsius. The thermostat will not regulate and adjust from the floor element itself to your specified programmed temperature if the floor sensor is not installed in the heated floor area. Please call us if this is not done, as we can help you switch the thermostat over to an air sensor instead.

Return and Exchange Policy

Warmtech Pty Ltd (Warmtech) commences the order process from time of order confirmation. As the order process commences there is no cooling off period so we ask customers to please choose carefully. After this confirmation, refunds cannot be given after an order has been placed for change of mind or if kit has been unpacked and opened including the role of wire unrolled from the spool.

With that said, any incorrect unopened and complete kit which is the incorrect size or incorrect application can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The return shipping costs to Warmtech warehouse at Lisarow NSW 2250 will need to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Upon receiving at warehouse, Warmtech staff will check that the kit is complete and in good saleable condition. If the return is accepted an exchange can then be organised. Any return and exchange will incur a 25% administration fee.

In the event that the kit ordered becomes damaged in transit, has been sent incorrectly or is faulty, Warmtech will arrange the return of replacement of goods. In order to commence this process we would ask for the customer to email service@warmtech.com.au a copy of receipt and photo (still in original packaging) of the issue.

Please note any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

When ordering kits through Warmtech, you agree to the timeframes provided by external carriers as well as an authority to leave them if you are not available to take delivery of the goods. Refunds are not available for goods left by a courier and misplaced/stolen after delivery. The third party carrier aims to have goods delivered to the customer on the eastern seaboard within 3-5 business days and on the middle to western side of Australia within 5-10 days.
